Clif Parker

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Parker brings over 22 years of experience as a successful serial entrepreneur with endeavors in the financial and technology industries. Mr. Parker most recently was President and founder of CityNet LLC, a leading provider of wired and wireless voice, data, Internet, mobile and video broadband communications services. CityNet was formed in Panama City, FL in 2002. Mr. Parker sold CityNet to Xiocom Wireless whose cornerstone investor is Richemont, owner of international luxury brands including Cartier and Mont Blanc. Mr. Parker also founded a local computer networking and technology company which originated in 1993 and was listed in the 1999 Florida Trend magazine as one of the “Businesses to Watch”. 

Lance Hilton

President

Mr. Hilton has over 18 years of extensive experience in organizational development and strategic planning. While with Franklin Covey he worked with several Fortune 500 companies in driving and executing strategy successfully from the executive level through the front lines. He has a highly successful background in creating and launching sales and marketing campaigns through both internal and external distribution channels. While serving as the CEO of Global Equity Lending he grew the business to 9 billion in funded loans. Mr. Hilton has also served as the Executive Vice President of World Leadership Group, President of Inspirion Business Solutions and the Chief Marketing Officer of Turnkey Technologies.

Christopher Reese

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Reese brings over 12 years experience in operations, telecommunications, strategic consulting and information technology to the team. Mr. Reese previously founded a wholesale telecommunications provider with over 20 carrier and cable company clients in the USA and United Kingdom. Mr. Reese has also been brought into companies as President and VP of Operations by investors or executive management to reduce operating costs, increase operational efficiency through process refinement or establishment, and to improve communication between departments.

Carroll Lastinger

Chief Scientist

Mr. Lastinger is the inventor and patent holder of the N4D technology. He is listed as a prominent scientist in Strathmore’s WHO’S WHO Worldwide directory. Mr. Lastinger served in the US Air Force with distinction for over 12 years including receiving combat medals and flying for the White House and is also an accomplished commercial pilot. As a flight and simulator instructor for the US Air Force Mr. Lastinger’s recognition of the pilot trainee’s need for 3D content free of physiological discomfort inspired the efforts that resulted in his patents and technological know how. His inventions have been utilized by Boeing, the military and some of the world’s leading surgeons. Mr. Lastinger is also an active member of the global standards committee that will decide the nature of 3D signals for all consumer display units in the future.
